Dijon and Beaune!

Today went to Dijon and Beaune! so freaking cold over there. its like 0 degrees maybe?

but with the wind its surely below 0.

Dijon is beautifuuul. Shall upload the photos over here soon. Facebook isn't working. Dont know why.. rahhh.. stupid connection in Lyon. lousy to the max. hahaha

We went to some market in Dijon, called "les halles". Not sure what does it mean actually. I will look up the dictionary later. haha. lazy. :D

Anyway, there is a Chinese stall in this "Les halles" and i bought tomyam paste :D after stup sis kept tempting me with the tomyam moi. I SHALL COOK MYSELF HERE. muahhahaha

We didn't do much in Dijon actually. Coz were trying to cover both Dijon and Beaune in the same day. So we're just like rushing all the wayy. tired and cold. super cold.

We went to some churches in Dijon. which all looks almost the same in France. hahaha. but quite fascinating la the buildings and designs. Loves the windows of the churches. its so NICE!

Then we went to some Dijon restaurants for lunch. Although me and yukai never eat. Coz we've prepared food for ourselves b4 goin to Dijon. Oh wells. save money for more trips! hahah :D

After lunch we rushed to Beaune around 3pm. which is quite late i guess. but there's nth much there. kinda boringggg. Zzz

We went to see Hotel Dieu and then go to the "Marche aux vins" to try some red wines.

Cost us 10euros for that red wine tour. But we managed to taste a total of 14 wines. 3 white wines and 11 red wines. which ranged from cheap to expensive.

Cant really tell how a good red wine taste like. but the guy said its all depends on urself. even a cheap wine can be a good wine if it suits you. Quite an experience. They gave us an metal cup as a souvenir for free too.

We went back room around 8pm. very tired. going to sleep after i post this. Next week going skiing i hope :|

cant wait for more trips n travel b4 sch really starts. Hee.
